Founded in 2023 by Thrive Five Partners—Matt Sherstad, Matt Johnson, and Kyle Redman—the company is dedicated to developing brands that enhance experiences outside and promote envi- ronmental stewardship.

With the strategic oversight of Thrive Five, Thrive Outside is able to play many roles for its brands, providing growth direction, assisting with business development, and offering financial support. They also help with launching new brands and product lines to reach new markets for their family of brands. Moreover, the group is focused on crafting high-quality, intuitive products that help people enjoy life outside while leaving the planet better than they found it. Their im- pact-driven team is committed to pioneering groundbreaking solutions in the outdoor industry. Embracing the principles of the circular economy, they integrate circular value into their prod- ucts by reusing and repurposing materials.

Thrive Outside is currently composed of two brands in the portfolio with new acquisitions, start- ups, and strategic investments on the near-term horizon.
