First Street Real Estate, LP

First Street Real Estate, LP is a real estate holdings group that was formed in 2014. The first acquisition was an ~90,000 sq ft. industrial building on 10 acres in Garland, TX. The asset was purchased out of bankruptcy and required a massive renovation to ready the building for lease.

In 2021, Thrive Five took over management responsibilities for First Street Real Estate and was tasked with leading Phase Two of the plan, an expansion project adding approximately 35,000 sq ft. The Thrive Five team is actively managing both the construction project and a related Sale-Leaseback process, both slated to conclude in the 2022-2023 time period. As part of a successful process and final transaction for this initial investment, Thrive Five will be tasked with evaluating future real estate investment opportunities and factors related to a 1031 Exchange.
